Thank you for choosing Women’s Center for Radiology for your imaging needs. Please bring your insurance information and photo i.d. with you to your appointment. Also, please download and complete a registration packet below to bring with you to your appointment. If you have had mammograms or imaging at another facility, please obtain those previous studies and reports so that our Radiologists can compare prior images to new images.
